Shon Reid
Registered Massage
BKin
Shon is the Clinic Manager at Strong Body who understands firsthand what it means to go through injury and recovery. After tearing his rotator cuff at 17 while playing sports, his own rehabilitation experience sparked a deep interest in physical therapy and the recovery process.
That journey shaped his desire to support others through both acute and chronic pain. Shon believes that empowerment, education, and simply being a listening ear can make a meaningful difference in someone’s rehabilitation experience.
At Strong Body, Shon is often the first point of contact when patients walk through the doors. He is dedicated to making every individual feel welcomed, informed, and confident from the very beginning. Whether helping with billing questions, scheduling, or guiding patients through their care process, his goal is to create a seamless and supportive experience.
Shon holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and continues to expand his knowledge in rehabilitation and movement. He is currently working toward acceptance into a Master’s program in Physiotherapy to further deepen his ability to serve patients.
Outside the clinic, Shon enjoys strength training, basketball, and rugby—continuing to live the active lifestyle that first inspired his career path.
