Meet Kasey in Sherwood Park Physiotherapist
Kasey Van Imschoot
Physiotherapist
MScPT, BKin
Kasey is a physiotherapist who believes meaningful change happens when people feel confident in their ability to move again. His goal is to help individuals reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they love.
Kasey believes everyone has the ability to improve, his role is simply to help accelerate that process. It’s your journey and your effort; he’s there to guide, support, and challenge you along the way.
Kasey holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and an Honours degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. He values evidence-based practice, clinical excellence, and ongoing learning to ensure patients receive thoughtful, effective care.
At Strong Body Physiotherapy, Kasey prioritizes a thorough assessment to understand each person’s unique symptoms and goals. Whether it’s persistent shoulder or neck pain, a knee injury such as an ACL tear, or activity-related discomfort, his focus is on creating a clear plan that helps you move forward with confidence. He is passionate about treating musculoskeletal injuries using a combination of hands-on therapy, exercise, and education so patients understand their condition and feel empowered in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Kasey is an avid gym-goer with a strong interest in hypertrophy training. His own experiences with injury, pain, and consistent exercise helped shape his path into physiotherapy. He brings this balanced approach into rehab, blending movement, recovery strategies, and realistic lifestyle considerations to support long-term progress.
